To obtain an off road vehicle permit please contact City Hall and refer to Ordinance No. 926. Must show proof of insurance on off-road vehicle and pay $100.00 license fee. 

To obtain a dog and/or cat tag please contact City Hall and refer to Ordinance No. 933. Dog licenses are $10.00 for unaltered and $5.00 or spayed/neutered per dog. Must show proof of rabies vaccination. Cat licensing is $3.00 per cat.

Walk in appointments available Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Chautauqua County Law Enforcement Center. Must have title and have proper identification. $20.00 dollar fee. 

Honorable Judge Rebecca Stewart is Sedan's municipal court judge.  

Sedan Municipal Court is held on the first Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm.

Fines can be paid in person at City Hall 111 E Cherokee St. Sedan, KS 67361 or over the phone using a debit/credit card (fees do apply), by calling 620-725-3193.
